Coping with stress and anxiety during this time could take an emotional toll on you. It is important to know that there are ways to reduce stress and anxiety:

  • Focus on things that you can control
  • Stay connected with family and friends by using video chats, FaceTime and/or social media outlets
  • Take care of your body by finding ways to exercise, maintain a regular sleep schedule or get out and take a walk
