Atlantic Cape's Atlantic City campus offers a variety of courses from degree programs to workforce development, and will soon house the state's first Global Wind Organization-certified safety training program to support New Jersey's offshore wind industry. The Atlantic City campus also offers English as a Second Language courses.

Atlantic Cape's Cape May County campus is home to the college's drone and aviation program, supporting the growing field in South Jersey. The campus opened in August 2005. Offered exclusively at the Cape May County campus, the 13-week seasonal semester caters to students impacted by the demands of the summer tourism season.
