Atlantic Cape Community College (Atlantic Cape) is dedicated to providing the best possible online student experience. When an issue is brought to our attention, Atlantic Cape will intervene in the matter to seek a resolution. Most complaints can be resolved utilizing the internal processes available.
Student rights and expectations are described in the Student Code of Conduct. The Center for Student Success, Behavioral Assessment Team (BAT) is assigned to review all requests for assistance, violations, or other student-related situations. Each item is evaluated and sent to the appropriate department. Regardless of the issue all students are assigned a Student Advocate (a counselor that will provide support).
The Academy of Culinary Arts and the Nursing and Health Sciences department have additional student codes of conduct and/or ethics for their programs. Please contact the respective department for a copy of their student handbook.
