The compensation practices of the college include hourly pay (non-exempt), salary pay (exempt), and stipend pay. Stipend pay is applied to single assignments, additional duties, or particular roles (Coaches, Club Advisors, etc.). At no time will the college offer commissions, bonuses, or other incentive payment programs. In particular, the college will not use incentive payment programs to recruit or enroll students.
In adherence to our commitment to ethical practices and student welfare, Atlantic Cape prohibits the use of high-pressure recruitment tactics in its admissions processes. These tactics include, but are not limited to, undue influence, coercion, or aggressive sales tactics aimed at prospective students.
