Duties:
  • Reports to Reports to the Director of Workforce Development; coordinates all aspects of the CDA State Project
  • Supervises and evaluates staff members assigned to the CDA State Project
  • Responsible for all aspects of program coordination
  • Serves as the programs primary contact
  • Provides testing for program participants
  • Collects, compiles and provides monthly, quarterly and annual reports on program and participant progress
  • Oversees maintenance of participant and program files
  • Orders necessary supplies, participates in professional associations related to continuing education
  • Schedules and conducts the meetings needed for partners and staff, schedules and contacts participant orientation sessions
  • Provides participants with intensive coaching and support for student success
  • Responds to participants requests for assistance
  • Develops and maintains relationships with New Jersey Community Colleges regarding their CDA programs
  • Provide program orientation to participants
  • Assign Success Coach to participants
  • Assist participants in determining where they want to pursue their CDA
  • Assist students in navigating the admissions process at chosen school
  • Supervise success coach activities
  • Maintain data on program and participant outcomes
  • Consolidate engagement logs
  • Assist success coaches with student support when necessary
  • Represents Atlantic Cape’s CDA State Project required events
  • Works with other Atlantic Cape departments to meet program objectives
  • Related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree. 3-5 years’ experience teaching experience in higher education.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in case management/coaching
  • Technology skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience delivering presentations
