This is a part-time position up to 26 hours per week, Monday –Friday. Position is primarily located at Mays Landing Campus; however, candidate must be able to travel to all three campuses as needed.

Salary: $12 per hour
  • Provides consumer information on a one-to-one basis regarding eligibility and verification requirements, program information, and budget components
  • Performs clerical duties such as data entry, scanning/imaging, filing, answering phones, provides customer service, and serves as office receptionist as needed
  • Assists the Financial Aid staff with student FAFSA workshops and Self Service area
  • Provides office coverage when needed
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED .
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office products and Financial Aid information systems preferred.
  • Financial Aid experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of a diverse student population.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently
