Duties: |
- Reports to the Director, Academy of Culinary Arts
- Delivers curriculum, prepares classroom as well as lab and assures all supplies needed are available
- Develops assessments and provides a minimum of three assessments per course
- Ensures all materials are ADA compliant and housed on Blackboard
- Maintains grade book, issues course evaluations and critiques student performance daily
- Participates in department meetings as needed
- Participates in professional development opportunities

Minimum Requirements: |
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree in Culinary or Hospitality preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a professional bake shop
- Artisan Bread Baking Experience” (Preferred)
- Valid Serve-Safe certification required

This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location. |
