Dear College Community:
Welcome back to the Spring Semester!
I hope that this message finds you and your family in good health. Recent developments have been very challenging for our community as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are living in a time of unprecedented uncertainty. I just wanted to say “Thank You” to our students, faculty, and staff for your patience, understanding and perseverance during these trying times. There is much going on with caring for our families, social distancing and living very differently than what we are used to.
Thanks to investments in technology and distance learning, the academic year is resuming with all classes online starting today, Monday, March 30th. The Atlantic Cape journey of discovery and self-improvement that occurs in our classrooms will now continue in distance learning. We will all persevere and our goal is to successfully complete the semester.
To me, what makes Atlantic Cape so incredibly special is our students, faculty, and staff, all committed to supporting our community of excellence. Now more than ever, our community needs to support each other. While we are working remotely, our staff is committed to continuing to provide the student and academic resources that students are accustomed to. Please visit www.atlantic.edu/coronavirus for student online information and resources to succeed.
We look forward to welcoming you back on campus when this crisis is over. Until then, I offer my thanks and my best wishes for your health and continued success!
Sincerely,
Dr. Barbara Gaba
President
