| Duties: |
- Reports to the Director, Purchasing and Receiving
- Receives vendor deliveries against the Purchase Order (PO)
- Inspects for wholesomeness; confirms quantities, weights or count
- Applies accurate pricing to ingredients for stocking
- Notates any invoice discrepancies and notifies the director
- Fills requisitions for Academy of Culinary Arts Educators with accurate counts or weighs for each ingredient and applies accurate pricing
- Maintains an efficient, safe and clean work environment
- Performs accurate breakdowns of bulk ingredients as required
- Assist with bi-annual inventory
- Other related tasks

| Minimum Requirements: |
- High School Diploma or GED
- Serv-safe certification a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds and work in a chilled environment
- Possession of a valid NJ driver’s license
- Basic Computer literacy with ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which will include second shift hours
