Nominations Now Being Accepted for the 2025 Annual Women of Wonder Awards

MAYS LANDING — The Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation, in collaboration with the Cape May County Women’s Commission, is accepting nominations for the 2025 Women of Wonder Award. Nominations may be submitted until Monday, July 21. The recipients of this year’s award will be honored during a celebratory charity luncheon on Thursday, November 13 at The Flanders Hotel in Ocean City, NJ.

The Women of Wonder Award recognizes influential Cape May County women for their outstanding and selfless dedication to helping others reach their full potential. A Women of Wonder Award candidate should possess leadership qualities, be dedicated, hardworking and civic-minded. She is an advocate for her neighbors and community while having a wide and encompassing network of colleagues, coworkers, family and friends.

Women of Wonder Award nominees should support the mission and goals of the Atlantic Cape Foundation and Cape May County Women’s Commission, which share in advocating for education, uplifting Cape May County females, and supporting opportunities for women and their families to pursue their academic and professional dreams.

A nominee should meet this inspirational profile and the following criteria:

 

  • Female resident of Cape May County, New Jersey.
  • Has had a demonstrable positive impact on the lives of others residing in Cape May County.
  • Is recognized as an outstanding leader and role model in civic, business, industry, education, public service, or other sector of our local community.
  • Be known for her commitment to volunteerism and her ability to inspire others through action.
  • Be respected in her community for integrity, generosity, and consistent support of others.
  • Must commit to attending the Luncheon Award Event on November 13, 2025.
