MAYS LANDING — Atlantic Cape Community College’s Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for the 2024 President’s Distinguished Alumni Award and Young Alumni Achievement Award (40 years of age and younger).
These awards recognize Atlantic Cape graduates who have distinguished themselves through a combination of professional, academic and community-based accomplishments. Candidates will also be asked to describe ways in which they have maintained and strengthened their commitment to supporting Atlantic Cape, its mission and its students. To be eligible, candidates must have earned a degree or certificate from Atlantic Cape or the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Established in 2010, 42 Atlantic Cape graduates have garnered this prestigious award, which demonstrates Atlantic Cape’s dedication to strengthening its alumni relations.
Recipients of the President's Distinguished Alumni Award and Young Alumni Achievement Award will be honored during a special awards dinner at Careme’s, Atlantic Cape’s student-run gourmet restaurant located on the Mays Landing campus, in the spring and also recognized at the college's upcoming 57th Annual Commencement ceremony in May 2024.
Nominations for both awards are being accepted through Monday, January 26, 2024. Nominations received after the deadline will be considered with next year’s group of nominees.
