Description: Use of College Facilities by Non-Affiliated Groups

The College will make arrangements whenever possible for the use of College facilities by community groups and educational organizations.

The user groups will agree to hold the College free and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, costs, or expenses that may arise during or to be caused in any way by use of College facilities.

Requests for use of any facilities on the Main Campus will be arranged through the Facilities Coordinator - 343-5002. In instances where specialized space (i.e. theater, gym, athletic fields) is needed, the Facilities Coordinator will confer with departmental supervisors to eliminate any conflicts.

Use of facilities in Atlantic Cape's Atlantic City Center will be arranged through the Coordinator of Administrative Services (609) 343-4804.

Use of facilities in Atlantic Cape's Cape May Extension Center will be arranged through the center's Director (609) 343-4884.

(See a copy of the Use of College Facilities by Non-affiliated Groups. A copy is available from the Facilities Coordinator. The original, developed by the Facilities Use Committee, may be found in the minute book of October 24, 1989.)
