Procedure No. 403.6

Description: Full Implementation

Adopted: 04/23/96
Revisions Approved:

A full implementation is the final stage for good ideas that make it through to a state of reliability and predictability such that the technologies can be placed everywhere they will be used and considered a part of the regular technology infrastructure. A full implementation is undertaken with the strong assumption that the technology will suffice for more than one year, typically for up to three years. Full implementation of a technology follows a successful evaluation, pilot, or special project, or may be the intention from the beginning.

Full implementations receive the highest level of support ITS can offer.
