The President and the Executive Director of Marketing and College Relations are the only spokespeople for the College unless a designee is approved ahead of time.

If College personnel are contacted by a media representative, they must refer the contact to the Executive Director of Marketing and College Relations. 

No College personnel may contact a media representative or send a press release in order to receive media coverage without the authorization of the Executive Director of Marketing and College Relations.
