Atlantic Cape to Host ‘Little Women’ April 21-22

The Atlantic Cape Community College Theater Arts Guild invites students, faculty, staff and community members to attend the spring production of “Little Women, the Musical,” on Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22, on the Mays Landing Campus. Shows will be performed at 1 and 7 p.m. in the Walter E. Edge Hall theater, C Building.

The musical, based on Louisa May Alcott’s 1869 novel “Little Women,” opened on Broadway in 2005, and has since toured the country. The story follows the four March sisters living in Concord, Massachusetts, with their beloved mother while their father is away at war.

The show is directed by Philip Pallitto, Theater Arts Guild adviser and adjunct instructor at Atlantic Cape. Miriam Mast, Theater Arts Guild adviser and adjunct instructor at Atlantic Cape, is producing the musical;

Tickets may be purchased at the door and cost $3 for current Atlantic Cape students, faculty and staff, and $5 for the public.

Students portray all roles except Aunt March, portrayed by Holly Schultheis of Smithville, adjunct instructor at Atlantic Cape. Cast members are:
