Financial Aid Nights Workshops Offer Free Help to Students and Families

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer several real estate workshops this fall for individuals interested in enhancing their skill sets and advancing their careers, as well as for people looking to purchase foreclosed or short sale property.

Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing is a 75-hour course geared toward those interested in beginning a career selling real estate and needing preparation for the state examination to become licensed in the state of New Jersey, 5:30-9:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday beginning Sept. 26. Cost is $399.

Vacation Rentals Online explores various online vacation rental platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, Craigslist, Facebook and HomeAway from the owner’s side, 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, at the Cape May County Campus. Cost is $39.

 Foreclosures and Short Sales will educate participants interested in purchasing a short sale on a foreclosed property on how to finance with minimal investment and successfully bid on government foreclosures, 6-9 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10. Cost is $39.

Social Media Strategies for Real Estate Agents: Get Social, Get Sold! will teach participants how to widen their pool of prospects while building their brand and community relationships, as well as cover social media tools, tactics, content, planning and strategy, 6-9 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1. Cost is $39.
