Technical Support for Staff and Faculty Offices, Classrooms, Computer Labs and Conference Centers:

If you have a technical problem, please open a support ticket by clicking this link: My School Building. You may also call the help desk by dialing extension 5555 for Mays Landing, 4772 for Atlantic City, 4521 for Cape May, or e-mail the help desk at helpdesk@atlantic.edu.

Colleague password difficulties, please try the following instructions before calling 5294
  1. If you don't remember your password, go to the bottom right of WebAdvisor and choose 'What's My Password' and follow the directions to reset your password.
  2. If you don't remember your userid and password, go to the bottom right of WebAdvisor and choose 'I'm New to WebAdvisor' and follow the directions to be given your WebAdvisor userid, and if needed, resetting your password.
  3. If you try 3 times with invalid userid or password, and get locked out of WebAdvisor, wait 20 minutes and you will get three more tries.

Clearing Cookies in Web Advisor:

*Internet Explorer - Recommended Browser

From menu, click "Tools" and select "Internet Options"
In "General" tab and under "Browsing history", click "Delete" button
Uncheck box next to "Preserve favorite’s website data"
Check boxes next to "Temporary Internet Files and Website Files" and "Cookies"
Click "Delete" button


Click Menu (on toolbar), choose Tools and select Options
Click on "Privacy and Security"
Under "Cookies and Site Data", click "Clear Data" button
Check boxes next to "Cookies, site data, and Cached web content"
Click "clear" button


Click on 3 dots on top right corner
Click Settings
Scroll down to bottom, click on "Advance"
Under "Privacy and Security", click on "Clear browsing data"
On "Time range", select "all time"
Click "Clear Data" button

Suspicious Emails:

If you receive an email that looks suspicious, compose a new email to the individual or call them and ask if they have sent you the message in question.  You can mark an email as phishing or scam by clicking the 3 dots on the email drop down box and choosing "report phishing" or "report scam"  this helps our email provider in catching these types of messages before they reach your inbox.  There is no further action that needs to be taken at this time.
